Sonoma Splash offers a variety of free
and ticketed events throughout the year!
We look forward to seeing you at one soon!
This ticketed event will include games, crafts, prizes, an aqua Easter egg hunt, and local vendors. Plus, the Easter Bunny will make a special appearance for meet and greet photo opportunities!
Financial Assistance is available. Adult Helpers and Spectators are free!

Splashapoolooza is a month-long, self-directed event intended to encourage Splash patrons to swim/workout regularly and track their progress.
Splashapoolooza is on the honor system—
For swimmers – you track the distance you swim each time you workout at Splash and drop a ticket into the receptacle after each visit.
For aqua exercisers – you track the class/exercise participation on your ticket and drop it in the receptacle after each visit.
$10 registration to enter. A Splashapalooza swim cap will be awarded to all participants. Register here.
Awards and Merchandise
Categories – 18/under and 19+ Divisions
Awards for Most Yardage Completed – 1st-3rd
Award for Most Workouts in the Month – 1st-3rd
All other participants will be entered into a lottery for 3 additional prizes.
Splashapoolooza T-shirts can be purchased on the Splash team store page until April 15th.
The Splashapoolooza Event starts on March 1st and ends on March 31st.
All workouts and yardage/laps will be updated by 12:00pm the following day. You are responsible for filling out and turning in your visit ticket each time you come to Splash and complete a workout.

A big thank you to everyone who came to our January Health & Wellness Speaker Series – it was a hit! Allison McKeany, MS, RD has offered to extend the Friday morning series through the end of February (note, NO CLASS Friday, Feb 14th). The extended Friday series will be a continuation of topics discussed thus far (though prior attendance not required) – please keep bringing your great questions to discuss and ideas to share! See you February 7th, 21st, and 28th at 9am.

Allison McKeany is a Registered Dietitian with over 13 years experience. She has worked in community, hospital, and outpatient-based settings with a variety of different types of patients and practitioners. For the last 6 years, her focus has been on the exciting and evolving area of how diet and lifestyle affect cognitive health throughout the lifespan.
She most enjoys working with patients individually and with their loved ones to help them bridge the gap between health-focused nutrition recommendations and what is realistic and achievable. She prides herself on having an approach that is patient-centered and focused on simplicity and sustainability.
In Allison’s personal time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband and can usually be found swimming, walking, reading, or cooking. Her guilty pleasure is meal planning and grocery shopping on a budget. She also enjoys sharing these skills with those that she works wit
