Welcome to our awesome after-school crochet club!
Get ready for a fun time learning all about crochet! Whether you’ve never tried it before or you’re already a crochet whiz, this club is the place to be. We’ll teach you all the cool techniques.
But it’s not just about learning crochet โ it’s also about making new friends and having a blast together. Crochet is like magic; it helps you relax and feel super creative. So let’s grab our hooks and colorful yarn and create some incredible stuff!

A lifetime of wellness through exercise, food, sleep, and community:
Session 1: Role of exercise in health, types of exercise (aerobic, strength, balance) and how nutrition and exercise work together for maximum benefit
Session 2: Foundations of nutrient needs for physical and cognitive health throughout life, meal planning approach
Session 3: The intersection of sleep, nutrition, and health and practical ways to improve sleep quality and quantity
Session 4: Health & happiness – how emotional health affects physical health and other healthy habits
January: 4 week series Fridays at 9am starting January 10th
February Sundays at 10am starting February 2nd
Cost: Free for Passholders with ALL ACCESS Class Pass
$20 per session without ALL ACCESS

Allison McKeany is a Registered Dietitian with over 13 years experience. She has worked in community, hospital, and outpatient-based settings with a variety of different types of patients and practitioners. For the last 6 years, her focus has been on the exciting and evolving area of how diet and lifestyle affect cognitive health throughout the lifespan.
She most enjoys working with patients individually and with their loved ones to help them bridge the gap between health-focused nutrition recommendations and what is realistic and achievable. She prides herself on having an approach that is patient-centered and focused on simplicity and sustainability.
In Allison’s personal time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband and can usually be found swimming, walking, reading, or cooking. Her guilty pleasure is meal planning and grocery shopping on a budget. She also enjoys sharing these skills with those that she works with.
